We look forward to meeting you! Along with this invitation, we would also like to share some good news with you. God loves you so much that He made a way for you to go to Heaven when you die. If you were to die today, are you 100% sure that you would go to Heaven? If not, you will find the following truths helpful in understanding this important subject.

1) WE HAVE ALL SINNED

Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."

God's word reminds us that we all have sinned. The word "sin" means to miss the mark or come short of perfection. No one is good enough to go to Heaven on their own merit. No matter how much good we do, we still fall short "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one." Romans 3:10

2) SIN HAS A PENALTY

Romans 6:23 "For the wages [payment] of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

Just as there are wages for good, there is punishment [payment] for wrong. The payment for your sin is death and separation from God in a place the Bible calls Hell. This is the fate of every person who has not believed on Jesus Christ as Savior.

"He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life: but the wrath of God abideth on him." John 3:36

3) JESUS PAID THE PENALTY

Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth [proved] his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

God proved His love for you by giving His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for your sin. Jesus died in your place and paid your penalty. Not only did Jesus Christ die on the cross, but He was buried and rose from the dead three days later.

4) YOU MUST TRUST CHRIST ALONE AS YOUR SAVIOUR

Romans 10:9 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

To believe on Jesus Christ as Savior means to have faith that He died for you, paid the price for your sin, and is the only way to Heaven.

John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

5) YOU MUST CALL ON HIM TO SAVE YOU

Romans 6:23 "...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

Everlasting life is a gift purchased by the blood of Jesus Christ and offered freely to those who call upon Him by faith. Will you call on Him today?

"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13
